What's the material of your products:
A: We're mainly make our products of FRP(Fiber Glass), CFRP(Carbon Fiber + Fiber Glass), Dry Carbon.
What's the difference between wet carbon and dry carbon?
A: Wet carbon is made of carbon fiber material by wet lay or vacuum infusion in normal condition, dry carbon is made of prepreg carbon fiber material by autoclave. In this case, the dry carbon piece will be much stronger, lighter and more heat resistant than wet carbon.
Could you make the carbon fiber products in different carbon fiber weave and finish?
A: Yes. Usually we make our carbon fiber products in 3K twill carbon fiber weave and glossy finish by default, but we can make it in plain carbon weave or matte finish by customers' request. We also can make it of Kevlar, but it will be some extra cost.
